Ms. Evether Gustave Mmanda is currently a Senior Teacher and Member of the School Management Committee of Aim Hai Pre & Primary School, Bomangombe, Hai, Kilimanjaro. Ms. Mmanda is responsible of nurturing and teaching children in Kiswahili in Std-III; IV; V; VI & VII; Social Studies in Std-VI & VII. Ms. Mmanda completed her Ordinary Secondary School Education in 1984. Thereafter she attended Teachers College in 1985 for two years and gained her teaching methods and skills.
Ms. Mmanda was engaged from 1992 up to 2016 at Mount Kilimanjaro Primary School, Moshi Urban, Kilimanjaro for more than 24 years. Thereafter in 2016 she joined Aim Hai Pre & Primary School. She has good skills and knowledge of teaching which were acquired during her several years of teaching and undergoing different courses. She has been performing very well over the years in all aspects of academics and administration.
As a Senior Member of Staff, she has also been playing a major role of mentoring not only children but also Staff members in developing attitudes of best practice in their respective areas of engagement.
