Mr. Shakiru Mudi Badru is currently the Deputy Head Teacher and Academic Master of Aim Hai Pre & Primary School, Bomangombe, Hai, Kilimanjaro. He is also a Member of the School Management Committee, a Member of the School Board and engaged in teaching Mathematics in Std-III; Geography Std-III; Geography Std-IV; Mathematics Std-V and Civics Std-V. Mr. Badru graduated at the University of Dar es salaam in 2016, with a Bachelor of Arts in Education (BAED).

After the completion of his undergraduate studies in 2016, he was employed for the first time by Aim Hai Pre & Primary School. He has good skills and knowledge of teaching which were acquired during the course of his studies at the university.

Apart from his heavy commitment of teaching, he is also involved in supporting the Head Teacher in overseeing the entire management of the school as well as ensuring children attend their respective sessions as outlined in the weekly timetable. As an Academic Master, he follows-up each individual Child, Class and Teacher on the day to day academic activities in order to maximize the implementation of the curriculum in accordance to the national standards. He does also exert daily emphasis on the need of consistence on the application of optimal teaching skills and methodologies.
