Dr. Harold Shangali

Aim Hai Pre & Primary School is led by an Executive Director (EDR), Harold. G. Shangali, Field of Rehabilitation Medicine, a specialist in Prosthetist/Orthotist, with support from the Deputy Executive Director (D-EDR). The Executive Director plays a crucial role in overseeing administrative, managerial, educational, development, children affairs, staff affairs and research initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Day-Care, Pre & Primary School Education. The summation of these elements results in delivering an education of excellence in early and primary school education at Aim Hai Pre & Primary School.

Harold. G. Shangali, a Prosthetist/Orthotist, serves as an Executive Director of Aim Hai Pre & Primary School as well as a Lecturer at KCMC University, Moshi, Tanzania.

He has an extensive experience in both academic, clinical, research and institutional leadership. He has held various roles in the field of rehabilitation medicine national and internationally. He is deeply committed to advancing primary school as well as elevating the quality of teaching and learning in line with the guidelines laid out by the Tanzanian government.
